U.S. e-liquid retailer Avail acquires e-cigarette e-commerce platform Giant Vapes

Avail Vapor, a premium U.S. e-liquid retailer, has agreed to acquire Giant Vapes, a large global e-commerce vapor company, Cigarette Industry News reported.

According to Avail, the acquisition will create a global omnichannel organization with a clear mission to deliver value to customers no matter where they choose to shop.

The company wrote in a statement that by combining the strengths of Avail's extensive physical store capabilities with Giant Vapes' extensive e-commerce platform, the combined company will provide unique value to its customers in the United States and abroad.

Following the acquisition, Avail Chairman and CEO James Xu will lead the combined company along with Vice President of Retail and Marketing Justin Murphy, who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Avail and Giant Vapes.
